This Privacy Policy explains how Lendermate (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, web app, and mobile app (collectively, the “Services”).

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and (where applicable) information from your organization (for example, if your employer or lender administrator created your account).

  • Account information (such as name, email address, phone number, role, and organization details).
  • Customer and loan information you enter (such as borrower details, loan terms, payments, and notes) when using the Services.
  • Documents and images you upload (e.g., KYC/ID documents).
  • Support requests and other communications with us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and app data (such as device type, OS, browser type, app version, language, and crash logs).
  • Usage data (such as pages/screens viewed, actions taken, and timestamps).
  • Approximate location information derived from IP address (for security and fraud prevention).

2. App permissions and sensitive data

Depending on your use, the mobile app may request access to certain device features to provide core functionality:

  • Camera: to capture and upload documents/photos related to customers and loans.
  • Photos/Storage: to upload files you choose from your device and to download/export reports where supported.
  • Notifications: to send you operational updates (e.g., reminders, status changes) if enabled.

We do not access these features without your action and permission, and you can control permissions in your device settings. If you disable certain permissions, some features may not work.
